Oilless guide bushing
We provide different types of bushings made of precision-ground steel,copper-titanium alloy,with low friction coefficient, with various features including the guide bushing with oil grooves,bushing with shoulder(wring fit),straight guide bushing(press fit),sliding bushing rolling bushing.bushing with attached steel balls (or ball cage).The top is chamferred on the I.D.to minimize wear and aid alignment when disengagement is required.
Our self-lubricate guide bushing can operate smoothly with prolonged life.It is much cheaper and widly used in many industries for its high performance as a economic alternative of bronze bushing.
