Guide post sets and bushing for die set and mold use, also called the ball bearing components/guide pole sets,guide pillar sets.Made of SUJ-2(guide bush/sleeve bushing);GCr15 AISI5200 (steel balls,and sphericity is 0.25μm);bushing of the ball retainer/cage made of POM/Polyoxymethylene(import from Taiwan or Zenite of USA 100P)) or Aluminum alloy(A6061) or copper alloy(59 brass).
Our precision ball retainer possesses resistance to normal wer and to lateral motion,is smooth in high speed operation and offers prolonged service life. Precisely machined and ground components ensure the tolerance and accuracy.Our bushings have outstanding physical, mechanical and chemical properties that include self-aligning, dimensional stability, is tolerant to edge loading, chemical resistance, and lightweight material.Also our guide post or dowel pins are well ground and honed to a super-fine finish to minimize resistance to free action of the retainer/ guide bushing/sleeve bushing.
